Why so much love for Tim Kelly when his tenure has been a failure?

Prior to 2020 he was nothing but a glorified assistant while BoB did all the play design and play calling. Ever since he got full OC duties the offense has stagnated and the run game nonexistent (look but the run game numbers before and after 2020 for those easily verifiable stats people here hate so much) The only reason why he is on the staff is because Watson liked him for some reason (really want to give Watson a voice in the FO now?)

I really don’t see him surviving past 2021. Perhaps he can go join BoB in Alabama but he has no business being in the NFL.
