Why is the Shell at Montrose & Richmond so much more expensive than the gas stations at Montrose & W Alabama?

They’re literally a quarter mile apart, and the Richmond Shell is $2.39/gallon for regular unleaded compared to $1.79/gallon at the W Alabama Shell. And the ratio always seems to be right around that for the two locations.

That’s 33% more expensive!
