Why is it that in some posts calling racism in Houston, some posts have users calling for their heads and finding their personal info getting them fired from their jobs? And other posts have people telling the user to just stop being so sensitive and toughen up?

I remember the video of the Vietnamese guy with his white spouse being harassed by a crazy guy saying to stop filming him with Jewish technology. Everyone asked if they could identify the guy and his job so he could get fired.

Then on others about racist psychos on public transportation they’re told they’re being a baby and to toughen up. This was from a few months ago and I guess the OP deleted it. What explains the difference in opinions? Why did one post have more outrage while the other told them to just deal with it? Thought this was a liberal subreddit.
