Why is it so damn hard to find a nice adjustable hat with a firm crown?

I'm not a fan of ordering fan gear online because I live out of state and sometimes the gear looks nothing like the photo… Once again I feel like I wasted $40 even though I can return it (after paying a $10 return fee). It's a shame because I REALLY liked the look of this hat online but it has almost no firmness, It's naturally bent out of shape, and looks weird when wearing it.

This doesn't have the quality of a $40 hat… Maybe it'll grow on me, but man I'm a bit bummed… I've been trying for years to find Texans hat that has a firm crown with a slightly curved bill. Anyways, I just wish the stock photos more represented what the product actually looks like in person.
