Why former Pass & Provisions chef and co-owner Terrence Gallivan is starting a new restaurant

“I think one thing that informed this new concept was (the goal of keeping it) a little bit more simple,” Gallivan said. “It’s a restaurant, so there will always be challenges, but (I wanted to) have a little bit more fun with it, certainly keep it super casual. I really want it to be a neighborhood spot; it’s not like a destination restaurant.”
