Why doesn’t Fox News report rising in crimes in Houston?

Fox News has been on focus on rising crime rate across the country and yet, they seem to be focus on couple cities within only democratic states: California & Illinois. Is this because Texas is conservative state? Still, Houston is democrat dominated city and I thought it would make a good headline.
