Why do y’all think the team has been surprisingly decent?

Do you think it’s the coaching from Culley and his staff that’s making the players feel like they have more to offer than what everyone thinks?

Or is it that virtually every player on the team is on a ‘prove-it’ deal and is extremely motivated to get results thanks to Caserio?

I’m curious to hear what everyone thinks.
