Why do people want Bijan?

I get it. He's a monster. But I still don't understand why I see so many Texans fans' mock drafts taking him at 33. Looking at our team, RB is one of the positions we're actually good in. Currently we have a LT, LG, RG (after the trade), RT, RB and secondary. Literally everywhere else we have gaping holes.

Yes having a Bijan/Pierce tandem would be scary, but RB is about the last position I'd want to draft high. We have no TE. We need a difference making WR. We have no front 7!!

Am I missing something?
