Why are the bathrooms at IAH so awful?

I just wanted to take a dump in peace, but they are dead silent. No fans to cover up the noise, no white noise, and an echoey ambiance. Not to mention the gaps in the stall doors.. what do you guys do when you have to take a dump at IAH? Do you just suffer? Announce it to everyone in the vicinity? I give it a 2/10.
