Why all the hate recently on CJ Stroud?

Do the majority of us not want to to draft stroud? Why all the hate on him recently? Is it’s just the media hating on him or do we also hate him as well? If the panthers draft Bryce I don’t see the issue with taking stroud at 2. Watching some Ohio state tape recently Stroud and JSN have very good chemistry. In recent years we have seen how valuable chemistry is between a QB and WR is. Being that JSN is well with our reach at 12 I would quite honestly rather have a pairing of Stroud and JSN over Bryce and JSN or any of the other Qbs especially with both of stroud and JSN on rookie deals for 4 years.
