Who’s the artist and what’s the story?

Couldn't make Art Car today but happened to drive by it on Montrose and wondering if the chicken car was there? Saw it a while back and got a quick pic. Had only been to a few parades and didn't recall it before. Wondering who created it, any name, and a story? I assumed King Chicken. And based on it's trajectory and the nearest chicken based restaurant, it was off to start war with the christian heathens at the Taylor St Chick-fil-A and plenty of wing shops from there.
