Who’s down for restaurant week blind dates, I will grab the check!!

I’m a 45 year old white male who is single and not really looking to change that due to limited bandwidth, but I have a lot to offer. I know I am not ready to put everything into dating with a purpose, but enjoy meeting people and having new experiences. A week or so ago I posted an open invitation to pick a spot and meet for lunch or dinner with no expectation other than good food and conversation.

I had several responses and to date have had 7 “dates” and a few women feeling it out (I understand their hesitation) it has been a great experience. Good food, lots of laughs and for the most part a great experience had by all.

I wanted to refresh the post and encourage others to try something to mix it up. I have genuinely enjoyed myself as had my dates and will set up the next round this weekend.

About me, I’m a 6’5 executive 45 who lives downtown with my large breed dog. I am busy with career and other commitments, but wanted to make meeting new people and have more fun and adventure in my life. I am a warm and inviting person who is genuinely curious about people and loves making new connections. Houston arts week is coming up so it could be theater, could be a movie, or any other experience you want to use as an excuse to get out there and live life a little.
