Whole Steamed Tilapia in Stone Pot

Hey yall sorry I know people hate these kinds of questions but a while back I had a steamed tilapia dish in Chinatown and I can't remember what the restaurant name was for the life of me. I think it was Sichuan style, they have a tank with live tilapia that they use to cook with, and the menu was heavy like it was made of bamboo I think? Hope someone can tell me where it is. Thanks!
