Who to reach out to about park maintenance (in the montrose area)

There's a splash pad at Dunlavy Park, and it appears that the drains are clogged, so it's constantly flooding the splash pad and the playground area next to it until the water level gets high enough to then drain to the street.

Anyone know who I might contact to see about getting this fixed?
