Who to list as getting served in small claims court against apt complex

I am currently trying to file a small claims case against my old apartment complex. Long story short, I renewed my 2024 lease and then paid an early termination fee after I bought a house a couple months in. Their software didn't catch my renewal and subsequently charged me both market rate AND and month-to-month rate AND month-to-month fee, resulting in over $2000 of over-charges. I brought these issues up in real time to multiple people in multiple ways. They are refusing to pay me back the full amount, despite telling me they would in writing. I have all emails, statements, etc saved and doubt I would lose in court. I already notified them with my intent to sue last week and they emailed me back with the same excuse. I am now e-filing my suit in Harris County. My precinct does allow e-filing.

My question now is who do I list as the defendant to be served? Here is the information , naming and shaming since these guys are awful.

Apartment name: 2121 Ella Apartments
Apartment manager: Ejay Nieto (this is the person who I spoke to every time regarding my move out, payments, etc in person and on emails)
Management Company: Mosaic Management (yes I tried to talk to these guys too, but I don't think they have anything to do with it)
Owner: KCG 2121 Ella, LLC (from public records)
Registered address: 4612 Emory Ave (from public records)
Agent Name: Khalid Kajani (from public records)

So far, I have used the business name KCG 2121 Ella, LLC as the business defendant. I am using the registered address as the "service address." However, when I get to the page about Serving the Defendant, I am being asked the following:

"Because you added a business as a defendant, please provide the name and address of a person that should be served on behalf of that business below.

Please provide other addresses where the Defendant(s) may be served.

For business defendants, you must provide the name of the agent for service and the address where the agent can be served."

I have never interacted with the agent Khalid Kajani in this scenario, nor do I really know were 4612 Emory Ave is. Would I use the apartment complex manager and the apartment complex address in this case? I tried to search for answers across a couple different websites and subreddits but couldn't really find an answer to this exact type of question. Any help would be appreciated. TIA!
