Who should I call to install a deadbolt on my door?

Hello. I just moved into a room near 2nd ward. My room has a super old door handle and they don’t make doorknobs with locks that size. They’re very small. So I want to install a deadbolt so I can lock it.

Is this something your average handyman does? Does anyone know how much that might cost? Or if you have any good handymen in the area you’d like to recommend that would be awesome. Thanks
