Who is drag racing down Milam Street in downtown in the middle of the night?

To the wannabe Speed Racer, NASCAR Driver, Formula 1 Intern, Fast and Furious enthusiast….. I just want to know why you think it is appropriate or necessary to rev your engine and speed through downtown in the dead of the night?

I am not bashing the run of the mill car enthusiast, and I can appreciate a well made vehicle. But, there can be no reason why you have to "showoff" your loud engine in the dead of the night, when everyday hard working Houstonians are trying to get a good night sleep to prepare for the next work day. Seems to be a random a-hole who doesn't really care about Houston downtown residents.
