Who Has the Best Tex-Mex Chili Gravy?

So, we've had plenty of threads on the topic of best Tex Mex, but I wanted to drill down to what I think of as the most important component of a good Tex-Mex (especially Houston Tex-Mex) menu: the chili gravy.

Who, in your opinion, has the best in town?
