Who do you use for full coverage auto insurance?

The details are: I just purchased my first car. It’s a 2021 Kia sportage with around 30k miles. I’m 26 female with a credit score of 760. I have a pending accident that hasn’t hit my social at all. I hit someone, gave my info. Haven’t heard from anyone about it since. I told my insurance about the accident and they never got back to me. It’s been maybe 5 months. I want to add two drivers to the insurance. 26/f and 27/m. He has no accidents or tickets. I live in the memorial area of Houston. Who should I use for full coverage insurance?
