Who built my home?

I bought a home in the fifth ward area which was built in 2015. I am trying to figure out who built the home. It is ADA accessible which may narrow down who built it. I have reached out to the previous owner but he does not know who built it. The property was in his family for 50+ years and anyone who was involved in the building of the current home has passed away. So that’s a dead end 🥁

I believe the home is located in the incorporated area of Harris County. I have looked at the Harris County Permits Office website and it looks like their records only go back 3 years, at least for online access. I’m not sure if going in person would be any different.

Does anyone have insight on how to get this information? Or does anyone know of Houston area home builders known for ADA accessible homes?
