White Oak Music & Heights House Hotel

I’m going to a concert by myself at White Oak next month, and on their website they recommend Heights House Hotel (less than a mile away).

White Oak doesn’t allow pepper spray or any other self defense tools so I was wondering how safe I’d be walking from one of their parking lots to the venue.

I was also curious about Heights House and if there has been any recent auto thefts, break ins, etc. Also are the rooms clean and do they look like pictures? I’ve seen mixed reviews
