White Oak Music Hall today? Questions!

Hello everyone. I live up past San Antonio and although I grew up in Huffman I don't know much about downtown. I have tickets to a concert at White Oak Music Hall today at 4:30, I know a bunch of areas are flooding there, but when I called the venue they said it was still on despite the weather. Is it going to be possible to get to it coming from interstate 10 east? I bought resell tickets for my daughter as her Christmas gift and I don't want to waste it. Also since I bought resell tickets there was no parking left at the venue or anywhere close. Any suggestions on making this day go OK? Thank you!
