White oak music hall lawn

Seeing deftones at the lawn in April, i have only been to the inside stages at white oak and I’m wondering how the lawn works. I saw a pic of the map of the lawn that said that there’s a “reserved seating area” that’s stage side and then there’s “general admission” behind that. My question is is the reserved seating area strictly sitting? I doubt it because deftones are a heavy band but idk. Has anyone seen a heavy band at lawn before? I’m also wondering where the pits would be?
