Which theatre to see Interstellar in IMAX at?

Interstellar is rereleasing in theatres this weekend. There is showings at AMC Gulf Pointe 30 saying "IMAX with laser" and showings at First Colony 24 saying "IMAX". From what I understand, IMAX with laser is the better version but First Colony theatre is bigger and more seats purchased than Gulf Pointe.

Does anybody know the reason behind this? Is the showing at First Colony actually better or are people buying the seats because the theatre is nicer/bigger? Trying to choose the best place and I am new to the area.
