Which neighborhood within The Heights/The Greater Heights would offer the best commute to The Med Center?

Obviously, living closer to the med center is the best commute, but just wondering if there’s a neighborhood in the heights general area that would be better or worse than another.

Apologies for the vague question- i dont live in Houston just yet, so im not super familiar with the breakdown of neighborhoods in the broader area.
