Which MIS program is better between the University of Houston and university of Houston clear lake?

Hi, I'm an international student, and I will soon graduate with a degree in business. I want to pursue a career in Management Information Systems (MIS), but I am unsure whether to choose the University of Houston (UH) or the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL).

One aspect I appreciate about UHCL is that their Bachelor of Science in MIS is classified as a STEM program, which offers additional benefits, while at UH, only the master's is considered as one.However, UH has a strong reputation and seems to offer more in terms of student organizations and extracurricular opportunities. It's difficult to chose which one is better.
