Which landing spot is better set up for success for a young QB? Texans or Panthers?

NFC south is an easy division now that majority of the teams are heading into a rebuild.

Panthers have a decent defense as well, but lack weapons on offense and have a poor O line.

Great move but need the resources to support CJ/Bryce
