Which issue needs to be addressed first?

I know we've been struggling a lot lately, starting of the season like it's 2011 and all. But what's the biggest problem? The bullpen has been awful, we have an inability to score with RISP, Jose Abreu and Jon Singleton don't seem to be viable options at first base, and we have an entire starting rotation on the IL. What needs to be worked on the most?
