which is better, HCC or Lone star (CS major)

Hello, I am currently a student from Myanmar planning to study at a community college in Houston.

I am planning to take 2 + 2 plan for a bachelor degree in computer science. I would most likely transfer to UOH Downtown, but also wanna transfer to University of Texas Austin if circumstances favor (financial, GPA, scholarships, bla bla).

I have plans to stay in spring so lone star may be better considering locations. Regarding teaching systems, professors, and staff, which would be better?

I want to know some experiences from current students or alumni. (Please mention specific campuses and pros and cons , etc..).
