Which cell phone service and plan should I get

I moved to houston from canada. Looking for a cell phone plans for 3 lines. Either under personal or business. A relative told me to get t mobile business plan where you get 3 lines for 2. Also I do travel international so t mobile has data roaming for free. What plans should I get. I also need 2 phones.
