Which affordable Master Planned Community has the best amenities/community?

There are so many options! I feel overwhelmed. I'm looking for something in the 200-260k ranges (2000 SQ FT). Distance really doesn't matter much for me, I really care about the community vibe and well maintained amenities. I would greatly appreciate any tips, you have no idea how much driving I've done trying to find the right fit.
