Where would you rank the Texans in the NFL?

Just saw that Touchdown Wire had us as the 22nd best team in the league. Let's just say I disagree with their rankings. Colts were at 12 and the Titans were at 8th best team in the NFL. What would you say would be a reasonable ranking for the Texans?
