Where would you dine solo for under $150?

My SO is out town this weekend and I'm looking to treat myself to a good meal where I'll be sitting alone. I'm an adventurous eater with a partner, but usually don't do anything more than sit at a bar and grab a burger in this situation. I'm looking to broaden my horizons in a solo dining adventure. Bonus points if it's in the Northwest.
