Where would I find a permit for a foundation repair done on my house less than 2 years ago?

I've lived in my house for less than 1.5 years and having foundation issues. Before we purchased the house the foundation was repaired with piers. My neighbors saw the tunnels and hydraulics happen, so it definitely got done. I've got huge sheet rock tears/ interior damage and a foundation company confirmed one spot has sunk and needs repair.

We purchased the house from a Trust (probably so we couldn't sue them for the shitty job they did flipping this house), so I don't actually know who owned it prior. I'm skeptical if they even pulled a permit, because the plumbing that I've already had to redo was not at all done to code and a complete hazardous joke.

Is there a way to find any permits that may have been pulled to try and file a warranty claim with this foundation company?

I've already spent $17k redoing stuff on this completely renovated home and really don't want to keep digging the hole further.
