Where to test fit car racing seats

Hello, I'm looking to replace the stock seats in my bmw z4. I'm mainly looking for some casual track day but mostly driving on street seats. Basically something with more side support than stock seats and with a 4-5point harness capability.

I know there are plenty of brands and each website has fitment guides but I'm looking for a shop where I can actually plop my butt down and see how it feels.
