Where to take wife on date this weekend

Hold up! Before you get upset, we're both vaccinated and we finally have a vaccinated babysitter again (thanks, mom!). Being a teacher on reduced pay, I can't afford anything too fancy, but my wife has been a pillar of strength over the past year. She deserves the nicest evening I could offer her and then some. Where could I take her?
