Where To Take Night Italian Courses?

Wanting to gift my wife some beginner Italian courses for Christmas. Currently have found some options, was wondering if anyone else had recommendations? Specifically night classes. Could be done online, but want a live instructor.

Rice University – this is by far the most expensive, hoping for it not to be that much

Italian Cultural And Community Center – seems pretty nice and they have a course specific for visiting Italy. Economical too.

Houston Community College – Online course, cheapest option which is nice

University Of Houston – Cannot seem to take a night course without going through a big ole' auditing process which not really wanting to do. Unsure how expensive the courses are.
