Where to surrender dog in Fort Bend

I live in fort bend county and need to find a new place for my dog. The issue is he has a bite history. None of the bites have been serious (broken skin but no stitches needed) and the first two times it was people he was unfamiliar with coming into our home while we were gone. But yesterday he ran out the door and bit a kid who was playing with our son. He is amazingly kind and gentle to our kids and family but extremely aggressive towards strangers. Is there any place we can take him because at this point we can't keep him after this last incident. I just don't want him euthanized but I'm not sure anywhere would take him with his history and age (he is 8+ years old unsure because he was adopted from a shelter) Any advice would be appreciated.
