Where to service vintage Rolex (jubilee stretch bracelet) & newer Tag Heuer watch (nothing outside the Outer Loop)

I have an 80’s Rolex Date that has a stretched jubilee bracelet that I’d like serviced. Additionally, I have a newer Tag Heuer Aquaracer that has a loose minute hand. I’m not sure how this happened (never dropped it) & I’ve had the battery replaced by Zadok Jewelers. The minute hand came loose about 2 months after the battery replacement.

I’m looking for a single shop that can service both. & prefer the shops to be within the outer loop. I would appreciate any mom & pop shops as I prefer to help the locals over big corporate businesses. Thanks Houstonians!
