Where to ride horses around Houston if you are a serious rider h/j but don’t have a horse?

I’ve contacted a few barns so far (Memorial Park Hunters, Irish Day Farms, Elite Sport Horses, West Houston Hunter Jumper) but I’m pretty sure they are boarder barns only. I rode competitively as a hunter/jumper and have been riding for ~20 years but don’t have a horse. I’m not looking for something like Sam Houston Eq Center or any place where you ride western.
