Where to put elderly disabled father

Hey guys,

I have a disabled elderly father. The left side of his body doesn't work after multiple strokes and he therefore cannot walk, stand, sit, go on the toilet, shower, etc by himself. We have to do everything for him (my mother and I).

His attitude has always been terrible, but lately it has reached a breaking point. He cusses and yells at my mother, who is his sole caretaker. She does everything for him but he doesn't appreciate it all. He also curses her and tells her she is worthless constantly. (mental abuse) Lately, my mother has decided she doesn't want to be around him or live with him anymore. She has left the apartment and has left me the only one to take care of him.

He has 4 other children, and they've also cut ties with him because of his abuse.

I was about to move out because of the toxic situation and because I don't want my life to be picking up after his s**t and hearing cusses and curses from him. He is extremely disrespectful towards his wife and his family members.

I need peace and I need someone to take him. I don't want to be responsible for him anymore.

(He is also not rich enough to afford nursing home, and lives off SSI.)

Who do I call, who do I contact? I leave the country in 2 weeks.
