Where to project car?

Hello everyone. The fam and I finally found a new (to us) hoke to move into. The downside is for me is we were unable to find home with a garage large enough for me to tinker on my classic car.

So soon I will have a two car garage and my classic trans am needs someplace to go. I see people fixing cars in garages all the time on YouTube. Is there a place where you can rent space to work on your car in houston? Any suggestions welcome. Right now all I have is the curb!
