where to park a bobtail truck?

Fyi bobtail truck is an 18-wheeler truck that doesn't have a trailer.

Are there any places where someone can park for just a couple of hours (2-6 hours)? Preferably in the Spring Branch area. My friend used to park his truck at a Walmart parking lot but recently they've told him that he's not permitted to do that anymore. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
