Where to meet ppl in their 20s instead of clubs ??

I’ve been living in houston for a year now i haven’t seen/been to places where i can meet ppl from all genders, races, ethnicities, etc. it’s been hard finding ppl to interact with. Ik most ppl are going to say “find a hobby” i do have some. It’s just damn no one is trying to meet ppl or something. I’m 25 yrs old male btw. (Don’t say dating apps either )
