Where to learn how to fall safely?

Odd question, yes, but I want to know because as elderly people age, they’re very likely to fall, and some can be fatal if not resulting in a (serious) injury.

I’ve been more worried about this since I saw one of my relatives fall after trying to dance a month ago.(Luckily, his head didn’t hit the floor.) One of my cousins also fell down the stairs recently, too. (Also has not suffered any lasting injuries, fortunately)

My dad has always told me that if I fall, I should protect my head. But in the moment, I’m probably not gonna remember that. Neither will my dad or mom or sister. That’s why I want me and my family to learn how to fall safely, so when the real thing happens, we’re ready.

So, where can I learn how to fall safely? Bonus points if that place has a Vietnamese instructor so that my mom and dad can understand, but honestly I’ll likely end up translating the words to them.
