Where to get the best deal on winter gloves and facemasks?

Hey folks.

I'm involved with an college organization doing some charity work for the homeless, and we're in need of a bunch of winter gloves and facemasks (just the normal white/blue facemasks). I'm just wondering if any of you know where I can get them for the best deal. Funnily enough I've seen dirt cheap face masks (like $3 for 50) at Buccees, but I'm not 100% sure if they'd let me walk out with 10-20 boxes…
