Where to get solid burnt ends (without breaking the bank)?

Swung by The Pit Room for some burnt ends, and they were absolutely delicious, no doubt. But watching a single beef rib ring up at $57.23 gave me sticker shock. I still grabbed the beef tips (which were to die for), but damn… I remember the days when you could get a mountain of juicy ribs without refinancing your house.

Not here to trash The Pit Room…food was top-tier. Just wondering: Where in Houston can you still find great BBQ with a fair balance of price and portion?

Even better if you can suggest burnt ends that are available consistently, not just "when they feel like it."
