Where to find work?

Hello!, I'm trying to find a job, but sadly I don't have years of experience, I keep getting rejected by the ones I apply and I'm not sure if maybe there something wrong with my resume. I was hoping people can give me tips, on resume, where to find a job and what apps to use?
