Where to find rapid tests!! Does this mean covid is spiking?

What the title says. I have to go out of the country on a life or death emergency passport and now the thing holding me back is covid test. I remember a few months ago you could just schedule a test for whenever and get it easily but now when I’m looking at cvs/Walgreens there is 0 availability. Any advice where i can get rapid without paying a copay?

Edited to add!! I am fully vaccinated. I still need to prove covid negative to cross the border.
