Where to find parks with smooth concrete surfaces in Houston?

Hey all, love this subreddit! (Seriously, I learn something new about Houston every day.)

I'm learning how to do the Cyr wheel, and one of the best surfaces to learn on is smooth concrete. Think of the kind where it's so smooth it's shiny / reflects light.

Anyone know of a public park with that kind of concrete? I live just west of the 610 along I10, in case that helps.
